Choose just three things:
model, location and rental term

Your credentials appear in the console after payment confirmation. No support ticket or manual provisioning wait.

Choose a model for your project, a location based on where you connect from, then rent the machine for as long as you need. Start with a day to build a release, run an automation job or try a model experiment.

Before confirming your order, check that the primary drive and any external SSD have enough space. Add any extras to your quote up front. Once your machine is ready, you have full access to macOS through the graphical interface and command line.

Why choose a dedicated physical machine?

Start by checking who gets the resources, then see how your tools run. You can verify everything for yourself once you have access to the machine.

Dedicated physical machine, not a virtual machine

A Mac mini reserved for you alone. The CPU, GPU and unified memory aren't shared with other users or carved out as virtual resources from a shared host.

Keep build caches, development tools and automation jobs together on one machine. Plan concurrent workloads around your own memory and disk usage.

Native Apple Silicon arm64

uname -m returns arm64. Xcode, Metal and MLX run in a native Apple Silicon environment, so you don't need to use the machine as a different architecture.

When installing dependencies, choose versions compatible with your macOS release and arm64. For older projects, validate the toolchain before moving builds over for the long term.

Rent by the day, renew when needed

$21.4/day, with upfront payment by the day, week, month or quarter. Your console reminds you before expiry, and renewals keep the original rate.

Start with a day for a short task, or use a week or month for regular builds. Get the task running first, then decide how much more machine time you need—without committing to buying a machine upfront.

Choose from 6 locations

Four Asia-Pacific locations: Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul and Hong Kong, plus US East and US West. Both models are available at every location.

Locations run year-round, 365 days a year. Choose based on where you work, then consider where your code repository and build artifacts are stored. For screen sharing, pay particular attention to the actual network route.

Need more space? Add an external +1TB SSD for $2.2/day, or an external +2TB SSD for $4.4/day. Add-on SSDs don't change the primary drive specs of the models on offer. See the full price list for add-on rates on other terms.

When choosing a model, budget for simulators, build caches, dependencies and model files. XN Core M4 suits typical app projects; choose XN Pro M4P for more unified memory or concurrent workloads. Actual build times depend on your project.

6 locations,
so you can choose the one closest to you

Both models are available at every location. Start with a region near the people using the machine, then check the connection in practice. Availability is updated live in the console.

SG

Singapore

Best for Southeast Asia. For interactive development, compare connection quality from your location to the machine. File transfers also depend on your upload bandwidth.

SSH and screen sharing have different network requirements. The command line works well for long-running jobs, while latency is more noticeable in a graphical interface. See the connection guide for setup and troubleshooting.

Who it's for

Three common reasons to rent a Mac

Find your use case, then choose a model and term. Running a real task is more useful than guessing about performance.

iOS / macOS developers

Build and debug with simulators, then package and submit without waiting for your company's Mac. Prepare your source code, dependencies and signing materials to test your project.

Check that your Xcode version matches your project requirements, then run an archive. For ongoing releases, keep your build scripts and environment details so you can reuse them next time.

CI/CD teams

Run a self-hosted runner and use Fastlane to automate signing, builds and distribution. A dedicated machine avoids resource contention on a shared host and makes it easier to monitor your workload.

Start with a low concurrency setting. Grant the build account only the permissions it needs, clean up caches and artifacts, and never put long-lived credentials in source code or logs.

Recommended: XN Pro M4P · Monthly $296.4

AI experimenters

Run local models with 64GB of unified memory on M4 Pro for MLX or Core ML inference and quantization experiments. Models, context and runtime all use memory.

Estimate disk needs from your model files and experiment outputs before choosing an external SSD. Check separately whether everything fits and whether it runs at your target speed.

In their own words: why they need a Mac

These scenarios illustrate common use cases to help you decide whether renting is right for you. They are not customer testimonials or performance guarantees.

“I don't want to wait in line for my company's Mac again. Before a release, I'll book some machine time and run the archive and packaging in one go.”

— A typical need for an independent iOS developer

“I want to run my own runner on a dedicated machine, control concurrency and caching, and see where each build uses resources.”

— A typical need for a mobile CI lead

“I want to use 64GB of unified memory for a quantization experiment, first check whether the model runs, then decide whether to rent for longer.”

— A typical need for an AI experimenter

Choose, pay, connect—in three steps

Go from order to first login in about 4 minutes. Check payment confirmation and delivery progress in the console.

  1. 1

    Choose a model and location

Pick XN Core M4 or XN Pro M4P, choose from 6 locations, then select a rental term. For everyday development, check whether the primary drive is large enough; for model experiments, consider your unified memory needs.

  2. 2

    Pay in USD

Pay with USDT-TRC20 or Visa, Mastercard or Amex via Stripe. On-chain payments require confirmation; don't count on a fixed one-minute processing time.

  3. 3

    Connect to your physical machine

Once it's assigned, find the host, port and credentials in the console. Use SSH for command-line tasks or screen sharing to access the macOS graphical interface.

Typical time to get started ≈ 4 minutes

Change the initial password after your first login, check the OS version and available disk space, and sync important artifacts to storage you control.

FAQ

Before you book,
get answers to these five questions

First, understand machine access, environment permissions, data handling and upgrades. Find more about connections, billing and macOS in the help center.

For questions about an existing order, sign in to the console and submit a support ticket with your order, location, the time the issue occurred and any error messages. Never include passwords, private keys or complete signing materials in a public description.

Is it a virtual machine?

No. Each order gets a dedicated physical Mac, with its CPU, GPU and unified memory reserved for you—not shared with other customers. It's not a virtual machine on a shared host. Plan concurrency and disk space around your own workload.

Can I install my own development tools?

Yes. Install development tools such as Xcode, command-line tools, Homebrew and Fastlane. You can reinstall macOS from the console. Check compatibility between the OS and tool versions, follow the software license terms, and back up your files before reinstalling.

What happens to my data when my term ends?

Your console reminds you before expiry. Refer to your order and console for details about data handling, retention and deletion after expiry. Don't use an expired machine as long-term storage. Before your rental ends, sync your source code, build artifacts, model results and required configuration to storage you control.

Can I upgrade to M4 Pro mid-term?

You can request an upgrade from XN Core M4 to XN Pro M4P in the console. The price difference is prorated for the remaining term. An upgrade involves a different physical machine; it doesn't add memory to the machine you're already using. Save your work and back up your data, then follow the console instructions to migrate and check your environment.

Can I add a drive?

Add an external SSD: +1TB for $2.2/day, or +2TB for $4.4/day. Weekly, monthly and quarterly terms are also available. These external add-ons do not change the primary drive included with your selected machine. Check its specification on the plans page before adding external storage. Before ordering, decide what belongs on the system drive, in caches and in your data storage.
